FitoUp
Born from a fruitful collaboration between Biocorp Environmental Solutions and Lokram Cosmetic Technology, and supported by the Carlos Chagas Filho Foundation for Research Support of the State of Rio de Janeiro (FAPERJ) through its Researcher in Industry Program, FitoUp was developed as a natural solution designed to support healthier plant growth, vitality and flowering.

We conducted a scientific study at the Institute of Biophysics of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) to evaluate the potential of Bach Flower Remedies as functional promoters of plant growth and flowering in orchids.
Over approximately 8 months, the development of young Phalaenopsis orchids was monitored under three different conditions: plants irrigated only with water (Control group), plants irrigated with water containing brandy (Placebo group), and plants irrigated with water containing a Bach Flower Remedy formulation specifically developed to support plant growth and flowering, called FitoUp (FitoUp group).

At the end of the experiment, chlorophyll and leaf nitrogen measurements were performed in all orchids. Chlorophyll and nitrogen levels in the leaves are important indicators of plant vitality, as they are directly related to the photosynthesis process, which provides energy for plant growth and development. The results can be observed in the graphs below.

The results indicated up to 30% greater growth in plants treated with FitoUp compared to those that did not receive the formulation.
Chlorophyll and nitrogen levels were also higher in plants treated with FitoUp than in plants irrigated only with water.
FitoUp also appeared to contribute positively to plant resilience under excessive heat conditions and to reduce the appearance of diseases. Adult orchids treated with FitoUp developed more flower buds and showed more abundant flowering compared to untreated plants.

Recommended dilution is 10 drops of FitoUp per 1 liter of water for irrigation. We estimate that one 30 mL bottle of FitoUp contains approximately 600 drops, which is enough to prepare up to 60 liters of flower-enhanced water for your plants.
